A structured online pathway for adults aged 18 and over seeking a new ADHD assessment or support following an existing diagnosis, including diagnostic review, written reporting and treatment planning.
Current status: The service is not yet live. Adults across the UK can register their interest through the waiting list.

Medical aesthetics clinic
MR. Skin Aesthetics
Independent medical-aesthetics consultations and treatments delivered by Mitch, an NMC-registered nurse, through a Save Face Accredited Clinic.
Appointment setting: Face-to-face at Treherbert Pharmacy, 167 Bute Street. The service is separate from Treherbert Pharmacy and Bute Clinic.
How the partner-service model works
Partner Services extend the range of specialist care patients can access through the Treherbert Pharmacy website without presenting every service as being delivered by Treherbert Pharmacy itself.
Provides the local information and access hub, directs patients to the correct service page and hosts face-to-face partner appointments only where explicitly stated.
Provide the online TRT and adult ADHD pathways, including specialist consultations, prescribing and medicine arrangements where clinically appropriate.
Provides and governs its own independent face-to-face medical-aesthetics service from the Treherbert Pharmacy premises.
What happens when you choose a partner service?

Open the relevant service page
Check whether the service is live, who provides it, where appointments take place and whether there are age or clinical restrictions.

Use the provider-specific route
Book, register interest or contact the partner using the link on the individual service page. Treherbert Pharmacy’s general booking page is not used unless the service page specifically directs you there.

Complete the partner’s assessment process
The clinical partner may request questionnaires, medical history, supporting information, blood tests, photographs or a video or face-to-face consultation, depending on the service.

Receive the appropriate clinical outcome
The outcome may be advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, monitoring, further investigation or referral. Booking or joining a waiting list does not guarantee treatment or medicine supply.
Specialist services available across Wales and the UK
The online PrimeLife pathways make specialist assessment available without travelling to Treherbert. Eligible adults can attend secure remote consultations from home across Wales and the wider UK.
MR. Skin Aesthetics remains a local face-to-face service for patients in Treherbert, Treorchy, the Rhondda, Aberdare, Merthyr Tydfil and surrounding South Wales communities.
Important information about partner services
- Partner services are separate from NHS pharmacy care. They are private services with their own eligibility, charges and terms.
- The named provider is responsible for clinical care. Assessment, diagnosis, prescribing, treatment and follow-up sit with the partner team described on the service page.
- Appointment locations vary. Do not attend Treherbert Pharmacy unless the individual page states that the service is delivered there.
- Treatment is never automatic. A consultation may result in advice, further investigation or referral rather than treatment or supply.

Are Partner Services provided by Treherbert Pharmacy?
Treherbert Pharmacy provides the information and access hub. Clinical care is delivered by the independent partner named on each page. A local partner may use rooms at the pharmacy, but it remains a separate service.
Are these NHS services?
No. Partner Services are private. Any assessment, treatment, monitoring, prescription or medicine charge is explained by the relevant provider.
Do all appointments take place in Treherbert?
No. PrimeLife’s TRT and ADHD pathways are online. MR. Skin Aesthetics provides face-to-face appointments at Treherbert Pharmacy. Always check the individual service page before travelling.
Can I use the Treherbert Pharmacy booking page?
Not usually. Each partner service has its own booking, contact or waiting-list route. Follow the button on the relevant service page to avoid entering the wrong pathway.
Who supplies prescribed medicines?
This depends on the service and prescription. Wellness Pharmacy may dispense medicines prescribed through PrimeLife, while some prescriptions may be issued for dispensing by another pharmacy where appropriate.
Will booking guarantee treatment?
No. Every service requires an appropriate assessment. Treatment, prescribing or supply is only offered when the responsible clinician considers it suitable and safe.
