This directory currently contains Common Ailments Service conditions only. If your condition is not listed, falls outside CAS eligibility or needs a broader clinical assessment, our pharmacist independent prescriber may still be able to assess you when there are no urgent warning signs.
When you should seek urgent medical help
Do not wait for a routine pharmacy appointment if symptoms are severe, rapidly worsening or potentially life-threatening. Call 999 in an emergency. For urgent advice when it is not an emergency, contact NHS 111 Wales.
